Functional Circuit Class
This total body conditioning class is set up in a circuit style format that will get you optimal results. We will use a variety of equipment including stability balls, tubing, dumbbells, medicine ball to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Because the classes are limited to 6 people, you will get the personalized attention that you need. It is like a personal training session at a fraction of the cost.
Class membership is for a 3-month period, paid in-advance. Sessions run Jan-Mar., Apr.-Jun., Jul-Sept., and Oct-Dec.
Bootcamp Class
This class incorporates drills designed to work the entire body that enhance your strength, power, flexibility, agility, and balance. In this oudoor workout, you will be taken through a variety of movements that will push you to your limits.When finished, you will leave the class feeling exhilarated and ready to conquer all your goals.
Class runs for 10 weeks. Next class starts June 4th at 8am.
Irondequoit Weekly Walks (June 1 through October 31)
This FREE walking group meets every week at the Lakeside trail in Irondequoit throughout the summer. We walk for around 45-60 minutes and include some exercises along the way. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your fitness level or where you live.
