Golf Conditioning Program
Is your golf game up to par? If not, then this program is for you. Through a personalized conditioning program geared specifically for golf, we will be able to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, core strength and ultimately your golf score.
- 10 sessions of golf specific conditioning - 2 golf specific assessments
Weight Management Program
This comprenesive program will help participants make healthy lifestyle changes though proper nutrition and exercise. Participants will learn how to eat nutritionally at home and on the road and will develop an exercise routine that will help accomplish their weight goals. - 10 1 hour sessions of Personal Training (2 times per week) - Body fat testing each week - 3 45 minute nutrition sessions (1 session per 2 week time period) with a Registerd Dietitian. - First nutrition session would include an assessment covering goal setting, basic nutrition, meal planning, and recommendations.
