Personal Training Services
One-On-One Personal Training can be performed in our fitness studio or in the convenience of your own home. We will design a personalized program to meet your needs, goals, and lifestyle. You will receive all the support that you need to reach your fitness goals. We will provide the motivation that will keep you consistant with your routine. Our goal is to give you the knowledge needed to successfully develop and perform exercise on your own. You WILL get RESULTS!
Fitness Profile
A fitness profile is an important and effective tool in your pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. The profile will establish a baseline of current fitness level, help to establishing goals, and provide motivation during the evaluation process. It consists of body fat % and body measurements, comprehensive fitness assessments (strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, & balance testing), postural assessment, nutrition assessment, and basic ergonomic assessment.
Buddy / Couple Training Package
This package is great for two people that would like to workout together, support each other, and help each other accomplish their goals. This package includes 8 two-person training sessions and 1 private session for each person or 3 additional two-person training sessions. The package is only available for Studio training.
VIP Training / Massage Program
10 Personal Training sessions and 4 Massage Therapy sessions. The Training is performed in the studio in Irondequoit and the massage sessions are available in the Penfield office.
